Born in Queens New York, Eric's interest in woodworking came about while spending his childhood summers vacationing  in Germany helping around his grandfather wood shop.  After high school, Eric moved to Germany specialized in finishing carpentry and cabinetmaking for the next two years. Trained on the job in a high-end custom cabinet shop while in Germany, Eric acquired his journeyman in cabinet making with honors. Eric continued his work as a cabinetmaker until deciding to open his own custom cabinet & woodworking manufacturing company Schriener Woodworking & has used time-honored craftsmanship for more than two decades to build high end value into every custom cabinetry project, making us one of the most respected custom cabinet manufacturers in northern California. From custom kitchens through baths, home offices and theaters, homeowner's all over northern California enjoy Schriener products.
